Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.
- Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the tracking link.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (update this if you do).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@nativgut.com with your order number and correct address.
- If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
